Booking around the winter

Anything inside an exterior door is best washed in spring, once the roads have stopped being treated — there is little point flushing a winter of chloride out in January and then handing the rug another eight weeks of it. Rugs away from the entries can go any time, and it is genuinely easier to get on the route outside the spring rush.

How the wash works

Rug soaked by a burst line, a sump failure or a floor drain?

Wet rugs are run ahead of routine work where the schedule allows. Do not wait for the adjuster to call back — the first forty-eight hours decide whether the rug is recoverable, and neither a fan nor turning the heat up counts as drying.

Where We Go

Collection Across Jefferson & Oldham Counties

Old Louisville and downtown, the Highlands and Cherokee Triangle, Clifton and Crescent Hill along Frankfort Avenue, out through St. Matthews, Lyndon, Middletown and Jeffersontown, north-east to Glenview, Anchorage, Prospect and Norton Commons, and over the bridges into Jeffersonville, Clarksville and New Albany. If your neighborhood is not listed, ask anyway — it probably still works.
